Honeymoon Planning
The Knot discusses the 10 most romantic places to go on your honeymoon. I was surprised that New York was on the list. Also another US spot was Honolulu which is not much of a surprise. I think one interesting location was Prague!! I would never think of that location for a honeymoon. Read for yourself maybe it will give you a new spin on where to commensurate your marriage.

Getting Married, Looking Good, and Being Healthy
Every bride wants to look perfect on her wedding day right? Whether you are worried about flawless skin, losing a few pounds, having beautiful hair, or all the above it is important that you obtain these goals in a healthy manner. I recommend starting to work towards these goals gradually. I mentioned in a post early last week that a year is not to early to start planning your wedding, neither is it to early to start working on your wedding day appearance. Do not damage your skin with harmful rays this summer or next summer find alternatives. Test them out this year so when your wedding arrives you know method provides the look you desire. One idea is to use daily face and body products that produce a healthy radiant glow by building color slowly over time: St. Tropez's (Everyday Perfect Legs) , Lancome's (Glow Sensuelle), Nivea's ( Skin kissed Firming Moisturizer) and Jergen's ( Glow Healthy Complexion Daily Moisturizer). For smooth underarms try the New Dove Visibly Smooth Anti-Perspirant, you definitely want a good perfect of you throwing your bouquet to the next future bride.
Then the way to change your shape gradually is to find a workout routine that fits your lifestyle, skill level, interest, and budget. A very economical gym is Planet Fitness www.planetfitness.com , I like this gym because it focuses on non-judgement. Also if you want to not just tone but lose weight as well more rapidly try making your portions smaller. Spilt a hamburger and instead of having that beer at the bar try a vodka tonic less calories! If you are interested in taking a weight loss supplement two very good places are www.flexstar.com and www.advocare.com or contact tatianaredwards@gmail.com for more information and what supplement will get your desire results. It is important to look at your time frame and desire results plus have a realistic expectation.
When it comes to your hair it is important that you keep it healthy which your diet plays an important role in that as well. If you do not have a stylist it is important to start trying some out now. It is not a good idea to try a new stylist a month before the wedding. Already know and be comfortable with who you have doing your hair for the big day. Instead of coloring your own hair consider weaving or hair fusion. This keeps your hair healthy and still gives you the desire look. Play with ideas and look at magazines to see what is the best hair for your dream wedding. Stay well hydrated if not your will develop split ends and other hair problems.
It is always important to take good care of your self but I know it is especially important during this time in your life.

Well-Planned Wedding
Many think that if its 6-9 months till the wedding date that you still have plenty of time to plan. This is actually false. Most venues schedule anywhere from 1-2 years in advance, especially for some exclusive dates. October is always a busy month for weddings and once your date is gone, its difficult to change to a new venue when your heart was set on a particular place/atmosphere. It is important that 9-12 months before the wedding that you complete a few tasks: 1. decide on style and size of wedding 2. set your budget (very important and if other family members are contributing make sure you know the amount that they are contributing for a more accurate idea of your overall budget) 3. select a wedding consultant (remember that having a consultant independent from your venue is beneficial because this consultant works for you not the venue/caterer/florist) 4. begin shopping for your gown, headpiece, and accessories 5.arrange hair and make-up consultation 6. select reception site 7. select photographer/videographer 8. meet with clergy/officiant 9. choose members of the wedding party 10. begin guest list 11. order invitations, stationary, and save the date cards.
These are some of the first steps towards planning your wedding. Remember, doing a couple of items every couple of months will help with wedding costs along with balancing your regular monthly expenses so that you do not feel any financial burdens when planning your special day.

Weddings and Recession
Unfortunately, as the economy has suffered so has the idea of getting married! Some brides think that "Bigger is Better" but that is not necessarily true. Smaller scaled weddings can be just as special as a high budget wedding. When the wedding is smaller it becomes more personal because you are truly sharing it with your closest family and friends. These nuptials can be held in a friend's back-yard or a small ballroom in a beautiful 5 star resort. Many private owners will also rent their estates to hold a wedding reception for a minimal cost. With these options it may also allow you to choose your own vendors such as catering, music, and decor, and ultimately giving you the wedding of your dreams on a budget you can feel good about. If you have any other questions please feel free to contact us by visiting our website to email or make an appointment.

Do You Need Help!
Do You Need Help in Planning your Wedding!..it seems like more and more brides are trying to cut corners by doing it themselves! More than likely this is their first time "getting married" so they really don't know where to start. Unfortunately, they do not realize that sometimes "diy" means alot of unecessary work and you end up spending more than you have or allowed. Hire a wedding planner! It is our job to guide you, show you, and produce the wedding of your dreams for you on YOUR BUDGET! A good planner can show you that you can have all of those little details that you see in magazines or on TV shows and it shouldn't cost you an arm and a leg! Think about all of those ideas and visuals you have had while you were growing up and express it to your planner. You should be able to trust and confide in him/her, after all they will be responsible for the most important day of your life!

Creative Ways to Get A Dress
The DC brides-to-be and the WeddingWire Team were ready to go early last Friday morning in anticipation of Filene’s Basement’s annual Running of the Brides® sale at their Mazza Gallerie location! In order to wake up the crowd at this early early hour, we asked the ladies (and a few gentlemen) in line to create a team cheer about Running of the Brides®. Here was one of the winning teams: http://blog.weddingwire.com/
This is a running of the brides and I think it is awesome that the entire bride's party gets involved. The prize is a free dress which I do not think anyone could turn down. Its also a great way to bond with your bridal party and maybe even get an exercise plan started!

Mike/Juliet Show and Tyra Show
Everyone is talking about weddings this morning. The Tyra Show had three brides that were competing for a 12,000 dollar wedding dress. The had to dig keys out of a huge cake and the bride with the most keys gets the key to the dress. Then on the Mike and Juliet Show they had the most fun. Three couples that are competing to have their wedding on myspace. They had to perform songs for the audience. The cutest couple sang T-Pain "Buy you a drank (ring)" they made a remix!
